Gallbladder wall of men, dogs and rabbits. To study the regularities of gallbladder wall in human chronic calculouse cholecystitis and animal reflux-cholecystitis. Methods - histological, ultrastructural, morphometrical with image analysis. To determine the objective criterions of estimation of gallbladder state, correlation between quantitative characteristics of gallbladder wall structures. The new model of reflux-cholecystitis has been worked out; The early stages of morphogenesis of chronic cholecystitis were described. Reflux was shown to be the main factor of the development of chronic calculouse cholecystitis and the base for prognosis and prophylactics of the desease. Area of using - practical medicine.
