Essay

This work is based on data of examinations of patients with acute coronary syndrom without elevation of ST segment. Its aim is improvement of early diagnosis of prethrombosis on basis of in-depth study of hemostasis changes according to availability of troponin T for efficient antithrombotic treatment. The preference of low molecular weight heparins in patients with troponin T is shown, hemоstasis criteria of hight risk complication are established. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions
