The dissertation is devoted to a substantiation of theoretical and scientific - methodical bases of the organizational - economic mechanism of consulting maintenance of the enterprises. One of preconditions of development of a mental potential of the enterprises of Ukraine is formations effective organizational - the economic mechanism of consulting maintenance of the enterprises which due to promote increase of competitiveness of enterprises - customers on the basis of improvement of quality of granting of consulting services. The prominent aspect of the given organizational - economic interaction is improvements of financial and economic parameters of activity of the enterprise - customer as preconditions of increase of profitableness of the consulting company.
