Ganieva A. Formation of innovation strategy of development of enterprises of the cellulose-paper industry

Research purpose is a deepening of theoretical essence of innovative strategy of development of enterprise, determination of features of its forming and realization on the enterprises of cellulose-paper industry of Ukraine. Research object is the strategic management by innovative activity on the enterprises of cellulose-paper industry of Ukraine in the conditions of transformation of economy. Research methods: dialectical methods of cognition and methods of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, statistical treatment of information, economic and statistic, expert estimations engineering prognostication. In work the concept of innovative strategy is deep and offered typology of innovative strategies, the conceptual chart of forming of innovative strategy of development of enterprise is improved, offered the method of choice of innovative strategy of enterprises of cellulose-paper industry, define maintenance and structure of the innovative program and the organizationally-economic mechanism ofrealization of innovative strategy on the cellulose-paper enterprise is developed. Research results are inculcated in practice of work of enterprises and establishments of cellulose-paper industry. The sphere of the use is industrial enterprises and state branch establishments.
