Holovko L. The state of protection system of organism under the condition of combined action of cadmium and lead salts and nitrites and correction of their violations with the help of metalocomplex and enterosorbent Fibrosil

The work is devoted to the study in dynamics of changes of antioxidant and detoxication system, endogenous intoxication microsomal oxidation of hepatocytes, funktional status of cellular membrane structures of adult white rats in case of action of nitrite intoxication by cadmium and lead salts and their correction by means of metalocomplex of copper histidinate and enterosorbent ”Fibrosil”. It is shown, that poisoning of animals by salts of cadmium and lead and sodium nitrite is manifested in oppression of indices of antioxidant and detoxication organism systems and is accompanied by the development of syndrome of endogenous intoxication: the maintenance of molecules of middle mass in the blood plasma grows, the index of erythrocytic index of intoxications rises, the permeability of plasmatic and lizosome membranes grows. The usage of metalocomplex of copper histidinate and enterosorbent Fibrosil with the purpose of correction of biochemical violations normalizes the indices of antioxidant and detoxication systems of injured animals.
