Essay

A considerable decrease of oxygen tension in the tissues have been found to occur in both hypoxia types in the animals with low oxygen resistance in comparison to high resistant rats, energy-building inhibition processes in mitochondria and the equilibrium disturbance in the oxygen antioxidant hepatic system being observed. In nitrite hypoxia microsomal oxidative activation has been observed to develop in low resistant oxygen animals comparing to high resistant ones. In isolated using the above mentioned pharmaceuticals lipin has been found to be the most effective in high resistant animals with circulatory hemic hypoxia, piracetam appeared to be the most effective in low resistant animals. The combination of three pharmaceuticals (lipin, selenium and piracetam) was found to be the most effective in both groups of animals.
