Zoloto E. Diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxis of disorders of menstrual cycle at adolescent girls with psychoemotional abnormalities

The actual problem of modern pediatric and adolescent gynecology - increase of efficiency of menstrual disorders at adolescent girls who have psychoemotional abnormalities by means of rehabilitation, prognosis and treatment of menstrual cycles disorders. The complex investigation of adolescent girls was used. There have revealed the dependences, causal and consequent relationships between the rate of psychoemotional stress and the presence of hormones in the blood, the psychoemotional dysfunction and development at adolescent girls of pathological arising on cycle the background of chronicle stress, hormonal discharge of the blood, endocrine function that are accompanied by complications of the pubertal period. A complex of prophylactic, prognosis and medical measures is worked out for a case of disorders of menstrual cycle. Taking into account the age characteristics there was created the system of sexual education of children and adolescent aimed at safeguarding of reproductive health of future woman-mother.
