Zamkova N. The Formation of Future Managers of Foreign Economic Activity Professional Skills in Foreign Language Learning

The thesis is concerned with the problem of Management of Foreign Activity department students' professional skills forming by means of foreign languages. The theoretical analysis of the research problem from the point of Psychology and Pedagogy is made. The main approaches to the definition of the term "professional skills" are analyzed and as a result the professional skills of Foreign Activity department students are defined: communicative, managerial, professional and personal. Criteria and formed professional skills indicators of future managers of foreign economic activity are defined. The essence of individual style of activity and the functions of professional activity are determined. Theoretically substantiated the pedagogical conditions for the process of professional skills formation of foreign language communication. The stage method of professional skills formation is introduced; the results of carried out experiment are analyzed.
