Object of investigation is the . Perfection of the transporting services system for enterprises foreign-economic activities. Dissertation is devoted to the research of the transporting services system for enterprises foreign-economic activities and activities of shipping company as one of its core elements. The work proposes the method of company activities volume planning. The method enables the development of thorough short-term plan-prognosis taking into consideration many factors which influence the volumes of transportations. It is developed the behavioral model of shipping company during realization of foreign-economic activity at the local chartering market. This model allows making reasonable decisions concerning the price policy and determination of consumer cost of company services depending on the market conditions and competitors actions. After systematized and analyzed the existent methods the new approach is proposed for the efficiency estimation of the transporting services system for enterprises foreign-economic activities with determination of major indexes. It is proved the new coefficients of the transit potential use and market development of dispatching services which are aimed on more complete and comprehensive estimation of functioning efficiency of transport industry and the level of its potential power use concerning international transportations. Recommendations and suggestions stated in the dissertation will contribute into the functioning efficiency growth of transporting services system for enterprises foreign-economic activities.
