Essay

Revealing the peculiarities of the effect of cryopreserved and native placenta suspension on apoptosis manifestation in immune-competent cells and modification of the state of lymphohemopoietic complex at autoimmune diseases development manifested in adjuvant arthritis was the aim of the study. During investigation of dynamics and mechanism of pathological process it was determined that apoptosis depression in all substrates of immune system occurred at a period of the manifestation of basic clinical presentations of adjuvant arthritis. For the first time it was shown that, apoptosis depression in immunocompetent cells at adjuvant arthritis takes place on the background of antiapoptotic cascade activation that verified by the increase of antiapoptotic protein Bcl-2 content. Placenta preparations showed high immunomodulating activity in respect of the normalization of clinical-immunological indices under conditions of development of disregulative state of immunocompetent sphere. Transplantation of cryopreserved and native placenta suspension promoted the maintenance of cellular and tissue homeostasis that became apparent in placenta ability for correction of the ratio between apoptotic and antiapoptotic processes. Theге was elaborated placenta suspension cryopreservation method, ensuring the high integrity of Kaschenko-Hoffbauer cells.Theге was established, participation of these cells in the prolongation of apoptosis-inducing potential and immune-modulating effect of cryopreserved placenta suspension at distant posttransplantation terms.
