Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the study of features of hormonal, immune, lipid exchange, skin microbiocenosis, factors of pathogenicity of selected microbes, and exposure pathogenetic correlations copulas between found out violations and degree of weight acne. The scale of compatible criteria and mathematical model of estimation level of degree of different forms acne weight is offered, that allowed to distribute patients with clinic-therapeutic groups and to offer recommendations in relation to the differentiated therapy of acne. To perfection therapy of acne, which flows on the hormonal disbalance background and on the skin dismicrobiocenosis by application of complex methods of treatment different weight of acne with the use of new domestic preparations for external therapy on the modified, hyperosmotical basis with antimicrobial and sebomodular action.
