Matvyeyeva T. Technology of obtaining of monoacylglycerines by amidation of sunflower oil

The object of investigation amidation of acylglycerines of sunflower oil with monoethanolamine. The purpose of investigation is obtaining of monoacylglycerines and monoethanolamides by amidation of sunflower oil. Methods of investigation are thin-layer chromatography, infra-red spectroscopy, chemical methods. There are theoretical and practical results, novelty: kinetic and thermodynamic parameters of obtaining of mono-, diacylglycerines and monoethanolamides by reaction of amidation of triacylglycerines were determined. Kinetic model of the reaction and conditions of the reaction were determined. Properties of the obtained products were estimated. Technology and technological scheme of obtaining and extracting of monoacylglycerines and monoethanolamides were developed and substantiated. Extent of introduction: obtained monoacylglycerine was tested as emulsifier in mayonese at Ukr SRIFO. Spheres of application are fat-and-oil and perfume-cosmetic industries.
