The dissertation is devoted to the questions of clinic, diagnostics and treatment of infectious - inflammatory diseases of the uric system at women in the postmenopause For the first time pathogenetic mechanisms of the act of an emiction infringement at elderly women are established and the peculiarities of infectious - inflammatory process in a bladder depending on duration menopause are investigated. In the present paper the frequency, the clinical features and the influence of functional infringements the postmenopause and infectious - inflammatory diseases of clinical current and influence on quality of a life of functional infringements the postmenopause and infectious - inflammatory diseases of urinary system at women in the postmenopause on the life quality are investigated. The diagnostic algorithm is offered and the complex approach to diagnostics of frustration of the act of an emiction at women in the postmenopause is proved. Thus, the given clinical research has confirmed multilateral action of phyto-oestrogens on urogenital system of the women suffering the atrophic cysto - uretritis. Preparation EКSО conducive to increase of proliferation, improveement of urogenital ways trophism, cleanliness, pH of the vagina, exerting a good anti-inflammatory effect. Preparation EКSО influences both disuria subjective component (frequency of emictions and imperative desires), and a dynamic component. For the benefit of the last mentioned the expressed positive dynamics of dysuric signs appreciated on scale Barlow, and also improvement of parameters of efficiency of an emiction (specifies elimination of a residual urine, distinct augmentation of average effective volume of a bladder and coefficient to efficiency of an emiction). The last specifies optimization of storage and expulsion functions of a bladder and regulating influence on a tone detrusor and the switching device of a bladder outlet. n.
