Tymchenko O. Perfection of preventive and restoration medical treatment of burns of face and neck on the basis of principles of dermotenzy

Object of the study: superficial and deep face and neck burns and their consequences which the burn victims and reconvalescents have. Purpose of the research - to raise the efficiency of superficial and deep face and neck burns and their consequences on the basis of improvement of the conservative and surgical treatment methods, including the dermotension, concerning the patients who hove an acute burn trauma and the reconvalescents. Methods of the research - common clinical, cytological (injure imprints); in the experiment were used morphological, morphometrical and immunohistochemical methods of reseorch; mathematical methods of figure processing. Practical importance of the received results. The developed technology of distant dermotension lets to perform the revasculation of necrotized bones of the face sculls and to fill the volume of lots soft tissue with face burns of the fourth degree during the acute stage of the burn disease. We produced the optimized technology of dermotension in the face neck sections which was used when treating the consequences of burns. It guarantees the complete prophylaxis of ischemic complications, lets to increase the area and mobility of a grown skin patch by 200-220%. Scientific novelty of the received results. The new complex technological system of medical rehabilitation for the patients in the treatment dynamics of neck and face burns and their consequences is firstly developed and substantiated. It provides the prophylaxis against the deepening of superficial burns and the optimization of the injure process course with the deep burns. The methods of the surgical treatment of deep burns of this anatomic zone and their consequences are developed and improved. We firstly determined the peculiarities of replantic common and dermotensial patches grafting on base of which the optimization parameters of the dermotension technology were chosen. That was done in the experiment with using a complex of morphological, immunohistochemical and morphometric research methods.The dermotension technology in the face and neck sections is developed and substantiated. It provides complete prophylaxis of ischemic complications. We proved the social efficiency of the recovering treatment concerning the persons with burn consequences in the face and neck sections with guaranteeing higher life quality after the medical rehabilitation of patients. Degree of introduction: The research results are introduced into the work of the Region hospital of Sumy and the Ambulance city hospital of Kharkiv; the research results are realized in the curricula of the traumatology, orthopedy and combustology departments of KMAPO.
