Reserch subjects: 164 patients with spastic forms of cerebral palsy. Reserch objectives: Improwing rehabilitation children with spastic forms of cerebral palsy by introducing of new treatment comlexes developed bising upon physical factors taking in to confederation clinical and neurophysiologycal peculiarities of disiease. Methods: clinical and neurological, neurophysiological, statistical and mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: The Dissertations deals with working out of scientific rationale and developing of differentiated techniques of restorative treatment for children having spastic forms of cerebral palsy. Leaning upon deep neurophysiological studies, it has been proved effective to resort to complex restorative treatment of children suffering from spastic form of cerebral palsy basing on such physiotherapeutical techniques as sinusoidal modulated and interferential currents alongside with cryotherapy and dynamic propriceptive correction. The necessity of individual approach is stressed in what concerns the application of the developed complex treatment by taking into consideration the functional condition of the central and peripheral nervous system. Novelty of introduced: Unique techniques have been worked out as the physiotherapeutic action based on the above-mentioned factors, optimal combination of these have been established when used alongside the medically dosed physical exercises, DPC. Indications for differentiated prescription have been worked out for the combined methods investigated.
