The dissertation is devoted to research of actual problem professional preparation of group leaders to work in ДОУ, wich is important deraction in realization of tasks of modern nonschool system education. The problem of projecting in native and foreign pedagogical theory and practice is described, the results of usage of project-programm approach in modern social-pedagogical situation. The conception and model of professional preparation of group leaders in Humanitarian Institute substantiated theoretically. The group leaders professiogramm to work in children reorganizing establishments in modern conditions is worked up. The technology of the process professional preparation and conditions of its introduction into academic process is worked up.The results of research testifys that quality preparation of group leaders is possible in condition of creation modern model of their preparation by the way of optimal integration of professional education and professional preparation, which is orqanized and leaded by the means of project-programm approach.
