Vasylenko V. The epidemiological performance of enterovirus meningitises in Western region of Ukraine

The thesis is dedicated to advancing of epidemiological supervision and preventive measures of enterovirus meningitises on the basis of analysis of the epidemiological performance. For the first time in Ukraine during official registration of virus meningitises their basic epidemiological parameters are determined. With usage of clinical-epidemiological yardsticks on model of Zakarpatye area is demonstrated. The repetition of dynamics of еnterovirus meningitises and gang serotypes of enteroviruses is determined. The flash of a virus meningitis is retrospective detected in one of regions of area. With the purpose of increase of a level of epidemiological supervision behind virus meningitises the advisories are offered, which one were included in the joint command of a medical network and sanitary - epidemiological service of area. It has allowed to improve quality of diagnostic and to increase a level of the registration of virus meningitises for 2004 almost at 100 %.
