The thesis is devoted to researches of beginning foreign language teachers' process of professional adaptation to their work in higher technical educational establishments. The author has formed integrated knowledge about the process of beginning foreign language teachers' professional adaptation to their work in higher technical educational establishments; has proposed its structure and peculiarities for these teachers; has concretized their professionalism structure; has formulated pedagogical conditions of beginning teacher's training content and structure optimization, promoting the effectiveness of their professional adaptation; has developed the model of beginning teacher's training system, according to the formulated above pedagogical conditions and teachers' professional needs; has proved with the experiment the effectiveness of this model; has worked out the scientific-practical recommendations concerning the organization of beginning foreign language teacher's professional adaptation.
