Gostyuk V. The Civil-Law Agreements With Valuable Papers in Ukrainians Legislation.

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the civil law agreements with valuable papers, the investigation of which is important in theoretical and practical aspects. The dissertation contains a comprehensive analysis of the civil law agreements with valuable papers, including definition sense of the same agreements, especially of will in a civil law deals with valuable papers; the problem of a parity of invalid agreements and agreements are investigated. Also this dissertation is about a parity "conditions of validity of deal" and "conditions of invalid of deal". And same classify of agreements bargain are subject of investigation. The author substantiates his own vision and proposals on the topical problems of the transfers of the valuable papers to be based on civil law agreements.
