The dissertation contains analysis of theoretical and practical issues connected with regulation contracts for giving of financial servicies in the Civil Law of Ukraine. The dissertation explores the features and legal features of contracts for financial servicies. The classification of contracts for financial servicies has been carried out. The features of a financial servicies contract's and legal status of the terms of mentioned contracts have been determined. The analysis of features and nature of financial servicies as a object of this contracts has been carried out. Special attention is devoted to the development of specific practical recommendations for the improvement of the Ukrainian civil legislation concerning contracts for the financial servicies.
