Dissertation is devoted to complex research of cassation institute legal principle in economic just cement. Merit of economic just cement principle and peculiarities of their force in cassation proceeding are shown. The range of person, who have right to appeal directly to the cassation court and also the matter and the term of appeal is determined. The question about investigating cases in cassation authority is covered. The necessity of extension of cassation appeal limit has been justified. The justification for abolition of challenged legal act has been determined. Practical - science conclusions concerning legal nature of cassation appeal, precondition of the right to cassation appeal realization has been made. The recommendations concerning the improvement of economic procedural legislation has been formulated.
