The theoretical principles of the management of asset turnover financing of commercial enterprises are researched. The concept of economic essence of asset turnover is defined, new classification indicators taking into consideration the peculiarities of commercial activity is suggested. The essence and the sources of asset turnover finance of an enterprise are considered. The methodological principles of the management of asset turnover financing of commercial enterprises and its effectiveness measure are grounded. The modern state of asset turnover financing of Ukrainian commercial enterprises is researched. The dynamic tendencies toward the amount and the structure of these asset sources of finance are determined; the level of finance effectiveness based on suggested indicators is fixed; the main factors which influence the effectiveness are analyzed. The basic direction to management improvement of asset turnover financing of commercial enterprises is grounded. The essence of financepolicy of these assets and the system of factors determined the choice of planned payments model of an enterprise needs of own turnover capital is formulated; the conditions and criteria of loan finance resources effectiveness are determined. Recommendations and propositions the thesis includes will promote the effectiveness of the management of asset turnover financing of commercial enterprises in modern conditions.
