Novikova N. Organization and economic conditions for social-improvement of rural areas.

Object of investigation: there is social-economic intercropping and relations in rural area of the Ukraine. The purpose of research: development scientifically motivated offers comparatively social-economic re-birth sowed; sown on base of the complex analysis of the modern development Ukraine's rural area and processing the directions of the decision of the social problems on settle. Methods: monographic, distractedly-logical, statisti-cal generalization, comparisons, analysis and synthe-ses. Theoretical and practical results: studies will render the assistance to improvement social-economic posi-tion rural area, growth to efficiency of the operation object social infrastructure sowed; sown and on this base of the making the conditions overcome of the social-demographic crisis on village. Research novelty: is for the first time motivated: composition of the economic mechanism of social rebirth management sowed; sown, which must be based on conservation of the rural network, efficient operation object social infrastructure, growth of mate-rial well-being peasant through increasing of effi-ciency agricultural production and rational use arrived enterprise; advanced essence to categories: social rebirth sowed; sown - as systems of the interaction national, economic, social and spiritual spheres, which operation is realized accordingly strategic interest peasant, area and society; have got the most further development: mechanism of the social development to rural network on cooperative base production enter-prise miscellaneous mode. Extent of inculcate: the main scientific positions and offers are used by Department of the development to rural area and enterprise Ministry of the agrarian poli-ticians of the Ukraine when processing the State pro-gram of the social development on 2003-2005.
