The thesis is devoted to the decision of problems of treat-ment injured patients with combined thoracic-abdominal trauma on early hospital stage in clinical and organizational aspects. Clinical data are based on studying clinical-epydemiological features of injured patients. It helped us get to know risk group of death results. The introduced of cre-ated pass way scheme and scale of risk to improve emer-gency medical aid on early hospital stage. The scheme based on optimisation sequence of medical aid and reduction of time waste on admitting office. The scheme effectiveness was proved by decrease general lethality and lethality on early hospital stage.
