Dzhuzha T. Peculiarities of Using Laser Puncture for Treatment of Painful Reflectorical Syndromes of Osteochondrosis in the Small of the Back for Patients in Older Age Groups

180 the aged patients with painful reflectorical syndromes of osteochondrosis of the small of the back were examined and treated. These patients, as determined by profound investigations, demonstrated considerable changes, caused by myodystonic, neurodystrophic, neuro-vascular processes and the attendant infringements of blood circulation in their feet, brains and hearts. They also exhibited the manifestation of peripheral vegetative insufficiency, reduced level of non-specific resistance, energy meridian imbalance, polymorbya and psychological discomfort. The widening of information's border from current clinical and reflexotherapeutic combined investigations is demonstrated. There are three variants of medicinal complexes for senile patients with different levels of adaptation. Medicinal complexes connected laserpuncture, lasertherapy, acupuncture, vacuumtherapy, psychological correction and basic pharmacotherapy of nerve pathology and attendant disease. The complex estimation of therapeutic resultsby the mathematical method provided for the best individual approach to therapy and gave a flexible mechanism for the objective evaluation of the treatment process.
