Object of research: process of financial strategy formation of industrial enterprises in conditions of social and economic transformations; a technique of research and the equipment: methods of system approach, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, economic - statistical (the factorial analysis, a method of taxonomy), comparisons and generalizations, expert estimations, graphic; theoretical and practical results: the methodical approach to financial strategy formation for industrial enterprises is offered on the basis of their positioning in three-dimensional matrix, which characterizes a level using of economic resources; advanced system of principles of financial strategy formation in view of features of strategic planning, financial management and modern conditions of managing, structure and sequence of stages of process of financial strategy formation, methodical recommendations according to quality of formation and quality of realization of financial strategy, which based on analysisof parameters of resource and methodical maintenance and parameters of productivity of introduction; the concept of financial strategy of the enterprise is specified in view of influence of a human resource and classification of its kinds according to factors of the external and internal environment, the system of parameters of a choice of financial strategy is advanced on the basis of the analysis of their essence and the purposes; practical value of the received results consists that theoretical positions deepen the economic theory on questions of formation of financial strategy of the enterprises, and methodical and scientific-practical recommendations allow to carry out proved estimation results of their introduction and to realize concrete actions on formation for the industrial enterprises of Ukraine; a subject and a degree of introduction: development are used in practical activities Romni factory of building details and materials "Buddetal", the Kharkov factory of ferro-concrete designs and Reduti broken brick factory; the sphere of use: practical activity of industrial enterprises, educational process.
