Essay

The processes that provide successful functioning and development of domestic enterprises in market economy. Scientific generalization of theoretical basis of forming of the strategy of enterprise's external growth and substantiation of the methodical recommendations about its development and realization. To study theoretical and methodical basis of the strategy of enterprise's external growth in complex such methods as observation and comparison, formalization, analysis and synthesis, experts' evaluation, and morphological method were used. The concept of external growth was formulated. It presupposes to mark out two types of the external growth (taking into account that the enterprise can save of loose it's independence in making strategic decisions): insourcing and outsourcing. The methodical approach to diagnose the potential of the external growth of the enterprise based on the resource-competence approach was adopted for the practical use. The methodical recommendations about forming of the strategy of the external growth of domestic enterprises were applied. The enterprises of different patterns of ownership and fields of activity, scientific process.
