Object - patients with stable ischemic heart disease; methods - clinical, instrumental (echocardiography, electrocardiography), sta-tistical; novelty - substantial safety and usefulness of pacing stress-echocardiography used in out-patients for the detecting of stress-induced regional and global systolic and diastolic left ventricular dysfunction; on the base of prospective follow-up the high accuracy of the results of stress-echocardiography in prognostic decision-making in patients with ischemic heart disease to measure risk of acute coronary syndrome, documented cardiovascular death, heart failure and progressive left ventricular ejection fraction decrease; results - improvement of prognosis of ischemic heart disease using predictors of life-threatening complications according to the data of pacing stress-echocardiography; branch - medicine.
