Essay

The purpose of this dissertation is to determine the whole complex of Design and Materials for Special footwear to assist the foot to perform some abnormal tasks in mining. The author demonstrates the advisabilities of using "Veleten" Leather Materials in Technology of this type of footwear and argued that new modern lining material "Sympatex" is the most suitable for men's footwear in coal-mining industry. It was defined the most efficient technological standards of the way the special footwear is made up. Using moulded methods of fixing the author has designed 3 patterns of men's boots for miners.
