Essay

Multiple preganglionic input may be effective if only formed by fibers with synchronized activity. Correlation among on-going activity charachteristics of single and multiple preganglionic inputs converging on the same sympathetic ganglion neurone was established. On-going activity charachteristics of antidromically identified sympathetic ganglion neurons were defined. Selectivity of ganglioblocking action of N-decyle tropine bromide is determined by decyl radical.
