Essay

The object is 145 patients with chronic heart failure of ischemic genesis; the aim is to improve the efficiency of the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure; the methods are clinical, instrumental, biochemical; the new approach is firstly studying in a comparative aspect the influence of combined preparations of a plant origin cardiophytum and chomviocorinum-N upon dysbalance in the pro- and antioxidant systems, reologic properties, functional condition of the kidneys, variability of the cardiac rythm in patients with chronic heart failure; the results are the elaborated differential schemes make it possible to improve the efficiency of the treatment of chronic heart failure; it have been introduced in educational process and medical practice; the field of science is medicine.
