Asanova E. Effectiveness increase of investment activity's management of the enterprises.

The object is processes of investment activity of enterprises of chemical complex of Ukraine; the amiss - working out of scientific and methodical guaranteeing of effective enterprise investment activity's management on the basis of definition of optimum forms for enterprises' organization; the methods are dialectical, systematic, regressive and correlated, comparative analysis, formal logic; the form of effectiveness increase of investment activity's management of chemical enterprises' activity is theoretical grounded on the basis of enterprises' economic integration; the new approach lies - the conception on forming of integration structure of enterprises' organization is proposed, the following is improved: methodical approach to the estimation of real investment's effectiveness, structural content of integrated corporative structures, system of factors defining the creation of the integrated corporate structures in Ukraine; the results of the research are applied in chemical enterprises of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, executive authority of the ARC and structural subsection of legislative authority of Ukraine; the field of use is the enterprises of chemical branch and institutions, regulating their activity.
