The state of processes is explored POL, activity of the AOS enzymes, systems of cyclic nucleotides and maintenance of macroergs in tissues of testis and the features of processes of spermatogenesis on different stages of both physiology ontogenesis and ontogenesis of the generation, got from males and females, which tested the protracted influencing of chronic gamma-irradiation in a total dose 1,0 Gr, alcohol and compatible their action, are found out. It is set that in ontogenesis of the first generation of rats, got from the exposed predecessors to the rays, there is the substantial strengthening of processes POL in testis tissue and decries of activity of the AOS enzymes. This was accompanied by the decries of the ATP, ADP and AMP mainte-nance, decries of maintenance of cAMP and increase of maintenance of cGMP. A similar picture of the exposed changes was observed, in testis tis-sues and in ontogenesis of the first generation of rats, got from predecessor having an alcohol. It is set that compatible influence of ?-irradiation and alco-hol on males and females before coupling, resulted in more deep changes of the explored processes, than action of each separately the taken factor. The set changes were accompanied by enough considerable rejections in the proc-esses of growth and reproduction of male gametes in late embryogenesis and on the early stages of postnatal development. Expressiveness of the exposed morphological changes to a full degree depended on the type of operating factor.
