Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the questions of improvement of results of treatment of patients in the acute period of severe cranial-cerebral trauma by the experimental ground and introduction in practical medicine of a new method of the intensive therapy with the use of Perftoran and modified antioedematical therapy including L-lysine aescinatis and Sorbilactum. The dynamic of red blood cells rheology properties, coagulative function, neurological status of patients, processes of cerebral edema, main indexes of homeostasis have been studied. Efficiency of the use of Perftoran jointly with the modified antioedematical therapy that has positive influence on the change of coagulative function at patients in an acute period CCT is set in work. It is experimentally proved, that in genesis hypercoagulation significant part is acted by the damage of endothelium of vessels. Complex use of Perftoran jointly with the modified antioedematical therapy by stabilization of endothelium function allows limiting activation of proteolysis, to prevent of cerebral edema. The use of this method causes the fastest restoration of consciousness, reduction of duration of the comatose state with valuable restoration of neurological functions and reduction of lethality at patients to 13,3%.
