Scientific work is devoted to the decision of pressing question of modern obstetrics - to decrease in frequency of premature birth at intra-uterine infection. The author establishes interrelation between frequency, terms and the reasons of premature birth, changes of the microbiological and virologic status, system immunity and a functional condition fetoplacental complex at intra-uterine infection. The role of correction microbiocenosise sexual ways, system immunity and infringements to system "mother - placenta-born" in preventive maintenance of premature birth is shown. Practical recommendations on decrease in frequency of premature birth are developed and introduced at intra-uterine инфицировании on the basis of use of the differentiated approach to carrying out of treatment-and-prophylactic actions.
