Essay

Determination and improvement of disability criteria for medical-social expertise were performed on the basis of clinical, functional, spondylographycal, neurovisualisation and neuropsychological peculiarities in patients with neurological manifestation of lumbar osteochondrosis. Theoretical analysis and new approaches of the present scientific problem were carried out. The thesis includes complex determination of clinico-rehabilitation groups, rehabilitation potential and prognosis in the present contingent of patients. The role of standardized assessment instruments for the quantitative disability evaluation as well as morpho-functional peculiarities of such a vertebrogenic pathology, influenced on the invalidity group determination and rehabilitation process organization were established.
