Essay

The dissertation represents an accomplished original scientific work. It contains comprehensive study for major problems of determination of social and legal aspects of organizational and legal structure of profit organizations. Using system approach, social and economical factors are determined which affect functioning of profit organizations, such as social concerns throughout existence of those organizations, functions of the legal forms of profit organizations determined by such concerns and, finally, legal means used for constructing of the legal forms and for implementing of the said functions and concerns. Great attention is paid to development of the concept of theoretical methodology for improvement of effective legislation. An attempt is also made to create a model for new organizational and legal form required for future economical development.
