Gollyak Y. Managing the investment activity of dependent eneterprises of international holding companies

The research under consideration is dedicated to the improvement of theoretical and elaboration of new scientific approaches for increasing the effectiveness of managing the foreign investment in the real sector of Ukrainian economics in the conditions of global changes on the international investment market and to the realization of market reforms in economics of Ukraine. The usage of the functional mechanism is closely connected with determination of strategic tendencies of developing Ukrainian economics and with overcoming crisis situation at the stage of developing Ukrainian enterprises, possibilities to introduce alternative solutions in the process of parity structuring and using the investment potential of dependent companies of the international holding.
