The dissertation is dedicated to the analysis of the legal nature of the interpretational acts and their place in the Ukrainian legal system. The oficial dissertation analyzes system of the interpretational acts and their classification is given by the author. Analysis of the characteristics of the interpretational acts and their legal role, their correlation with the other legal acts is provided. A system of unification of the legal acts is also developed.
