Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency and a degree of expressive-ness fetoplacental to insufficiency among women who birth first time and women who birth before aged over 40 years. For the first time features of formation fetopla-cental complex are investigated depending on clinical current of pregnancy, sorts, and postnatal periods in women over 40 years used ehographical, dopplerometrical and endocrinological researshes. Practical recommendations on decrease in frequency fetoplacental insufficiency and perinatal complications are developed and introduced on the basis of developed stage-by-stage preventive technique with use of medica-mentous correction.
