Dissertation work is dedicated to research of high-efficient information and computing systems of automated systems of air traffic control, which operate under conditions of critical implementation. Mathematic models of processes flowing in automated systems of air traffic control in common regimes and with rising of extreme situations, in particular, with conflicts of aircrafts, are developed. The dependences of useful capacity of backbone and local networks from load volumes and statistic characteristics of network traffic are researched. Method and algorithm of adaptive logical structuring of networks for re-distribution computing load and internal-segment/external-segment traffic ratio are developed. Valid recommendations on choice of structure of information and computing system of automated systems of air traffic control. The multilayer hierarchic structure. Proposed models and methods, new scientific and technical decisions may be used with creation of automated control systems of critical application, which employ in different branches of people economics.
