Shkolyar M. Manufactorability Of Political Leadership Process.

The phenomenon of political leadership is thoroughly analyzed in the dissertation research. Globalization of a political leadership phenomenon and the possibility of its interpretation as a process are substantiated. The author's definition of a political leadership process is formulated; the structure, essence, resources, mechanisms of realization are elucidated. The definition of manufacturability is formulated as an integral part of a political leadership process, which ensures its forming, course and development. The peculiarities of electoral political technologies at all phases of the process are examined. The analysis of technological methods of practice utilization by native political leaders during the last Parliament and President election campaigns is given.
