Object of the study - pathogenesis of aseptical necrosis of femur head at children; aim of the study - recognition of immunological disorders in pathogenesis of aseptical necrosis of femur head and creation of immunological-base methods for prognosis of children's status in disesase's dynamics; methods - clinical, radiological, sonographical, immunoassay, enzyme multiplied immunoassay, statistical; correlation and regressive analysis was used for creation of prognostical formulas; theoretical and practicale results and newest: first time we are recognised new factors of pathogenesis of aseptical necrosis of femur head - immunological disorders, stages of immunological disorders in link with morphological disorders because of aseptical necrosis of femur head; its shown that aseptical necrosis of femur head developing on the base of autoimmunological arthritis by hypersensetivity of slow type. Its created methods of immunological criterion for recognition of patients' status and disease prognosis. Improvement: results of investigation has been improved in children orthopedical departments of medical establishment of Ukraine. Effectiveness: dicrease of time for patients' testing, dicrease in frequency of diagnoses divergences. Area for using - clinical practice of children orthopedical departments, educational process of traumatological and orthopedical and pathophysyological departments.
