Dissertation is devoted to the questions of management by the circulating assets of enterprise in accordance with the modern requirements to organization of consideration on enterprise and adaptation of Ukraine in the market conditions of manage. In work definite new approach to determination of necessity and computation of circulating of circulating assets, on the basis of which mathematical model shown out of intercommunication of basic and circulating tools. A method is offered of indexation of circulating assets, and also influencing is exposed of acceleration of circulating of circulating assets on efficiency of production.
