Shovkaliuk V. Stabilization of Grain Market in Ukraine

Object of research: process of functioning of grain market and development of economic mutual relation between the subjects grain grocery subcomplex of the country. The purpose of research: a system scientific substantiation of directions of achievement stabilization of the grain market on the basis of reduction of deviations from average volumes of its manufacture, debugging of mutually advantageous distribution of added cost in all parts grain grocery subcomplex. Methods: abstract - logic, monographic, statistical groupings, correlation-regress analysis, graphic, modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical, methodical and practical directions of regulation of market balance in the food markets are generalized, the global and domestic experience of state regulation of the grain market is generalized, the methodology and technique of system researches of domestic problems grain grocery subcomplex is developed. Scientific novelty: the tendencies of manufacture of a grain at the enterprises of all patterns of ownership, its movement from manufacturers of goods to the consumers and change of parameters of efficiency, commodity of manufacture, stability of export-import transactions are investigated, the forecast of consumption of products and forecast of manufacture of volumes of a grain for prospect is developed. The ways of achievement of balance in grain market of Ukraine are considered on the basis of stabilization of manufacture of a grain in volumes of cumulative demand, introduction of monitoring of monthly movement and management of its stocks. Degree of introduction: the development and offers are used at various levels of management by development of the projects of the legislative-normative certificates. Efficiency: use of results of research will allow to develop measures on achievement of stabilization of the market of a grain. Sphere, branch of use: activity of the subjects of managing grain grocery subcomplex, development socially - guided policies of the state.
