The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the existing methods and techniques of financial rating, determination the field of their application and their reliability, the essence of modeling of financial processes and availability of its using throusht financial rating, is made the discriminator which helps to estimate financial rating by scores. We analyses dependency between bankruptcy probability of enterprise and meaning of discriminator. Es projected the scale of bankruptcy probability are created. Are the integrated rating model consulting the groups of indexes and summary rating model. Elaborated normative integrated index which serves as a basis for comparativeness of financial rating of enterprise, standard-year with another enterprises, years.
