Work is desigh to the problems of decline of obstetric and perinathal complications in pregnant women with the high risk of development of intra-uterine infection, which became after auxiliary fertility's technologies. The study of clinical motion of pregnancy, births and state of new-born is conducted; functional state of phetus-and-placenta complex; features of system immunity and mikrobiocenosis of sexual ways. On the basis of the of this stady results there are the offered and inculcated practical recommendations in relation to the decline of perinathal pathology in pregnant wumen with the high risk of development of intra-uterine infection, which became pregnant after auxiliary репродуктивних technologies on the basis of the use of medicinal prophylaxis of placenta insufficiency and correction of mikrobiocenosis of sexual ways.
