Essay

Work is devoted to searches of ways of reduction in frequency of a perinatal pathology in pregnant women with a myoma of a uterus of different localization. It is carried out studying features of a premorbidal background, a clinical course of pregnancy, sorts, a functional condition of fetoplacental systems, perinatal consequences of delivering and conditions of newborns at women with presence of a myoma of a uterus. On the basis of the received results the developed, offered and entered practical recommendations, concerning reduction of frequency and a degree of weight of perinatal deseases which are based on the differentiated assignment of medicamentous therapy for pregnant women with a myoma of a uterus depending on features of its localization.
