Zhylenko K. The organization and efficiency of ground's usage in a regional agricultural enterprise

The object of the study is the processes of formation of subjects market's ground's usage and landowning in the village and ground's conversations between them. The modern state of the ground's holding and using in the agrarian production is analyzed, the problems and directions of their solving in the system of a rational usage of grounds' resources under the conditions of difference of the forms of properties and management in a rural region are determined. The estimates of efficiency or their activity depending of sizes of grounds' usage are given. The propositions to sizes of the leasing charges under some organizational and economical factors are proved. The structure of accounting of the parts of the ground's area through the organization of cadastre bureau is proposed. The model of forecasting crops under the ground's productivity, the climate conditions, and quantities of usage of mineral and organically fertilizers are defined and realized on computer for regulation of agrarian production. Theeconomical mathematical model of the optimal structure of production is created; the parameters of plant-growing and stock-raising fields in the region are calculated. The methodical approach to forecasting the level of incomes for different forms of managing is generated. The propositions to the methodic of estimating the grounds of agrarian enterprises are presented.
