Dutchak V. Reflection of metaphysics of the state by I.Kant (history-philosophical aspects).

The object is a doctrine of the ideal state in a philosophical system by I.Kant. The aims are to renovate, to analyze and to interpret critically a metaphysics of the ideal state by I.Kant and to define its cultural-ontological and historical-philosophical role. Methods - analysis and synthesis, system, historical-comparative, hermeneutic, coincidence of historical and logical, phenomenological. In terms of dissertation the author has made a complex history-philosophical analysis of reflection of the ideal state as it was seen by I.Kant. Theoretical, methodological and ontological works of the outstanding German scientist have been seen in the context of European philosophical tradition, that consequently has given a possibility to demonstrate his doctrine from the history-philosophical and culture-social perspectives, The subject point for polemic concerning ontological measurements and theoretically-methodological analysis of understanding state idea after I.Kant has become onto-gnoseological input of philosophy culture of the New Time and the Enlightment epoch - Rousseau, Hobbes, Montesquieu, Locke, Leibniz who he started implicit polemic. The dissertation contains a critical approach to the problems of fundamental socio-cultural and philosophy-legal basics of the idea of state power and state ruling in the context of the problems of freedom and necessity, nature and culture, power and arbitrary rules, justice and law. The author has made separation of the given problems into to basic levels: personal (man-citizen) and public (human society). Sphere of usage is a training courses.
